Orders are processed in the order they are received. Normal processing can take 24-48 hours, and upon verification and approval, your watch is shipped out immediately. Thus, for example, an order for 2nd-day delivery placed on Thursday could take until Tuesday to arrive at its destination, assuming processing is completed within 24 hours and the package ships out on Friday (Friday + 2 business days = Tuesday). It could take longer if the order cannot be processed in time to be shipped out on Friday. The same is true for the other delivery options. Also, while we maintain a huge stock of all our products, it is wise to call for availability if your order is especially urgent.
Are your designer watches new or refurbished?
All our products are “Brand New Factory-Fresh”. Bacario does not sell any refurbished or used watch products. All our authentic designer watches will come with their original manufacturers packaging and will include manuals and paperwork. The authenticity of our watches is guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.

Are there additional charges for international orders?
Bacario is pleased to accept orders originating abroad as well as US orders shipped internationally. International orders are subject to additional shipping charges, and generally take 7-10 days from date of shipment to arrive, depending on the customs procedures of the destination country. Bacario assumes no responsibility with respect to these procedures or any other such restrictions and charges imposed and/or enforced by the destination country. All tariffs and/or duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
What kind of warranty do your watches carry?
All our watches are warranted. Depending on the brand that you chose, the warranty will either be through the manufacture of through Bacario. In the event that Bacario is an authorized dealer for the watch brand you chose, the original manufacturer’s warranty will be in effect and service will be provided by the manufacturer. In the event that Bacario is not an authorized reseller for the watch brand you choose, your warranty will be provided by Bacario. In order to provide our customers with a complete solution to their watch buying experience, Bacario provides a warranty that is at least comparable if not better than the original manufacturer’s warranty
When do you charge my Credit Card?
We only charge your credit card when your order is being shipped. If you cancelled your order prior to shipment, rest assured your Credit Card information will be voided and your card will not be charged.
Please note that we do authorize your credit card at the time you place your order but this authorization will not result in an actual charge until your order has been shipped.
How do I return my watch?
We are glad to accept returns on our merchandise. Returns are quick and simple and may take as little as 3-5 minutes over the phone with one of our courteous customer service representatives.
Refund: All merchandise to be returned or exchanged must be in new and unused condition. There are no returns or exchanges on special ordered items. Merchandise cannot be accepted for return or exchange when the item purchased was worn, scratched, or sized. Please make sure the original manufacture’s packaging is intact; all manuals, booklets and warranty cards are included; and the “Not Returnable If Removed” label is still attached.
Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a valid Return Authorization Number on the shipping label or package (never write anything on the manufacturer's box). A Return Authorization Number can be obtained by calling Bacario toll-free, at 888-933-4900.
Bacario will accept returned merchandise for a refund in the original form of payment for 30 days from the date of purchase. Merchandise returned for a refund will be subject to a 5% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable and will be assessed on items which originally were shipped for free.
Exchange: Bacario will be happy to accept exchanges on items purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase. You may exchange your item for items of equal or greater value. You will receive credit for the total amount of your purchase less the original shipping charges, which will be applied towards your new purchase. If you are exchanging for an item that is less in value, then a restocking fee of 5% will be assessed to the difference in value being credited to you. There is a limit of one exchange per order.
